1. Introduction
OMNI AI Studio (“we”, “operator”) operates the mobile application QR Scanner (package ID: kr.omniai.qrcode, “the App”). We respect your privacy and process information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea where applicable.
QR Scanner lets you scan QR codes and barcodes with the camera or from gallery images, create QR codes (URL, text, Wi‑Fi, contact), and keep a local history on your device.
2. Information We Process
The App does not require an account. Scan and create workflows run on your device. We do not operate a backend that receives the contents of codes you scan or create.

Important: The content of QR codes and barcodes you scan or create is not sent to OMNI AI Studio servers. It remains on your device unless you explicitly share or export it.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Provide camera and gallery scanning of QR codes and barcodes
- Generate QR codes and allow save / share
- Maintain on-device history, favorites, and search
- Apply your preferences (language, theme, haptic / sound feedback)
- Respond to support requests when you contact us
- Show banner / interstitial ads via Google AdMob (non-intrusive, as configured in the App)
4. Retention and Deletion
- History and settings remain on the device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
- You can clear all history from Settings in the App.
- Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or anonymized according to applicable law.
- Uninstalling the App removes App data stored in the App’s sandboxed storage (subject to OS behavior).
5. Third Parties and Processors
- Google AdMob (ads): The App may display ads using Google LLC’s AdMob SDK, which may collect advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and similar data. See the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob help.
- Google ML Kit / Play Services (scanning): On-device or Play Services barcode scanning modules may be used to decode codes. Code contents are processed on the device for recognition; we do not receive them on our servers.
- Your explicit share / save actions: If you share or save a QR image or copy a result to another app, that action is under your control.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal process.
6. App Permissions

Camera (CAMERA)
Required to scan QR codes and barcodes in real time. Used only while scanning.

Internet (INTERNET)
Used to load ads (AdMob). Not used to upload your scan history or QR contents to our servers.

Photos / gallery (picker)
Used only when you choose “Album” to pick an image for scanning. Access is via the system photo picker where available.

Storage (older Android)
On older Android versions, storage permission may be requested if you save a QR image to a public Documents folder. Denied permission may limit where files can be saved; sharing remains available.
Not requested: Location (GPS), contacts database, SMS, microphone, phone call logs, or background tracking unrelated to scanning.
7. Your Rights
- Review or delete on-device history and settings in the App.
- Revoke camera or storage permissions in system Settings; some features may stop working.
- Opt out of personalized ads via your device’s advertising / privacy settings, where available.
- Contact us to inquire about this policy or exercise rights under applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support channels, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. International Transfers
Scan history stays on your device. Advertising and analytics data processed by Google may be transferred according to Google’s privacy practices and may involve servers outside your country.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.

QR 스캐너는 카메라 또는 앨범 이미지로 QR·바코드를 인식하고, URL·텍스트·Wi‑Fi·연락처 등 QR 코드를 생성하며, 기기에 기록을 남기는 도구형 앱입니다.
2. 수집·처리하는 정보
앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 스캔·생성 기능은 기기에서 동작합니다. 운영자 서버로 스캔/생성 내용을 전송하는 백엔드는 없습니다.

중요: 이용자가 스캔하거나 생성한 QR·바코드 내용은 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 이용자가 직접 공유·내보내기를 한 경우에만 외부로 전달될 수 있습니다.

4. 보관 및 파기
- 기록·설정: 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관
- 설정 메뉴에서 기록 전체 삭제 가능
- 문의 메일: 처리에 필요한 기간 동안 보관 후 관련 법령에 따라 파기
- 앱 삭제 시 앱 전용 저장소의 데이터는 OS 정책에 따라 함께 삭제됩니다
5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

6. 앱 권한 안내

저장소(구형 Android)
구버전 Android에서 문서 폴더에 QR 이미지를 저장할 때 요청될 수 있습니다. 거부 시 저장 위치가 제한될 수 있으며, 공유 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.
요청하지 않는 권한: 위치(GPS), 연락처 DB, SMS, 마이크, 통화기록, 스캔과 무관한 백그라운드 추적 등
7. 이용자의 권리
- 앱에서 기록·설정을 확인·삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 시스템 설정에서 카메라·저장소 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 기기 광고/개인정보 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다(기기·OS에 따라 다름).
- 본 방침 또는 개인정보 관련 문의사항은 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만(또는 현지 법령상 요구되는 연령)을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 문의 등을 통해 아동 정보가 접수된 것으로 판단되면 적절한 조치를 취합니다.
9. 국외 이전
스캔·생성 기록은 기기에 보관됩니다. Google이 처리하는 광고 관련 정보는 Google의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 국외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
10. 방침의 변경
본 방침은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 상단의 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하시면 변경된 방침에 동의한 것으로 볼 수 있습니다.
