OMNI AI Studio(이하 “운영자”)는 「PDF DOC」(이하 “앱”) 서비스 제공과 관련하여 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
PDF DOC은 기기에 저장된 문서(PDF, 워드, 엑셀, PPT, 한글(HWP), 텍스트 등)를 열람·관리·변환하는 뷰어 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하는지와 요청 권한의 목적을 설명합니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
앱은 회원가입 기능이 없으며, 문서 열람·관리는 전적으로 기기 내부에서 이루어집니다.

중요: 이용자의 문서 내용은 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 기기 내부에서만 처리됩니다.
3. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 기기 내 문서 스캔·목록화 및 유형별 정리, 검색·정렬·즐겨찾기
- 문서 열람(PDF/Office/HWP/TXT) 및 이미지↔PDF 변환
- 파일 공유 및 메일 앱을 통한 전송(이용자 선택)
- 이용자 문의·개선요청 처리 및 회신
- Google AdMob을 통한 배너 광고 표시
4. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기
- 앱 데이터(문서 메타데이터·설정): 기기 내부 SQLite에 저장
- 보관 기간: 앱 삭제 또는 이용자의 직접 삭제 시까지
- 문의 내용: 처리 목적 달성 후 관련 법령에 따라 파기
- 앱 삭제 시 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터는 함께 삭제됩니다.
5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁
- Google AdMob(광고): 배너 광고 표시를 위해 Google LLC의 광고 SDK가 광고 식별자·기기 정보·IP 주소 등을 수집할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 AdMob 정책을 참고하세요.
- 이용자의 공유·전송: 이용자가 파일을 공유·메일 전송할 때, 선택한 대상(메신저, 메일 등)으로 파일이 전달됩니다. 이는 이용자의 명시적 선택에 따른 것입니다.
- 법령에 따른 제공: 관련 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우
6. 앱 권한 안내
인터넷 (INTERNET)
Google AdMob 광고 로드 및 이용자 문의 전송에만 사용합니다. 문서 내용은 전송하지 않습니다.
저장소 읽기 (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 12 이하)
구형 OS에서 기기에 저장된 문서를 스캔·열람하기 위해 사용합니다. 사진 선택은 시스템 사진/파일 선택 도구로만 일회성 접근합니다(READ_MEDIA_IMAGES 미사용).
전체 파일 접근 (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, 선택)
전체 자동 스캔을 원하는 경우에만 선택적으로 요청하며, 허용하지 않아도 파일 선택을 통한 열람은 가능합니다.
사용하지 않는 권한: 위치(GPS), 연락처, SMS, 마이크, 통화 기록 등 문서 뷰어와 무관한 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 앱 내 문서 목록·즐겨찾기·최근 기록의 열람 및 삭제
- 권한 허용/거부(기기 설정에서 변경 가능)
- 앱 삭제를 통한 기기 내 데이터 제거
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 문서 열람·관리 데이터의 기기 내부 저장(서버 미전송)
- 불필요한 외부 전송 최소화
- Android OS 및 Google Play 보안 정책 준수
10. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령·서비스·권한 사용 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 업데이트 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

1. Overview
OMNI AI Studio (the “Operator”) values your privacy in connection with the “PDF DOC” app (the “App”) and complies with applicable data protection laws.
PDF DOC is a viewer app for opening, managing and converting documents stored on your device (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT, HWP, text, etc.). This policy explains what information the App processes and why each permission is requested.
2. Information We Process
The App has no sign-up. Viewing and managing documents happens entirely on your device.

Important: The contents of your documents are never sent to the Operator’s servers; they are processed only on your device.
3. Purpose of Use
- Scanning and organizing on-device documents; search, sort and favorites
- Viewing documents (PDF/Office/HWP/TXT) and image↔PDF conversion
- Sharing files and sending via a mail app (your choice)
- Handling and responding to your inquiries
- Showing banner ads via Google AdMob
4. Retention and Disposal
- App data (document metadata and settings): stored in on-device SQLite
- Retention: until you delete the app or the data
- Inquiries: destroyed after the purpose is fulfilled, per applicable law
- Uninstalling the app removes the app data stored on the device
5. Third Parties
- Google AdMob (ads): Google LLC’s ad SDK may collect ad identifiers, device info and IP address to display banner ads. See the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.
- Your sharing/sending: When you share or email a file, it is delivered to the destination you choose (messenger, mail, etc.) at your explicit request.
- Legal requirements: Where required by law or upon a lawful request from authorities
6. App Permissions
Internet (INTERNET)
Used only to load Google AdMob ads and to send your inquiries. Document contents are not transmitted.
Storage read (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 12 and below)
Used on older OS versions to scan and open documents on the device. Photos are accessed only one-time via the system photo/file picker (no READ_MEDIA_IMAGES).
All files access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, optional)
Requested only if you want full automatic scanning; you can still open documents via the file picker without granting it.
Not used: The App does not request location (GPS), contacts, SMS, microphone or call log permissions.
7. Your Rights
- View and delete the document list, favorites and recent history in the app
- Grant or deny permissions (changeable in device settings)
- Remove on-device data by uninstalling the app
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Security Measures
- On-device storage of viewing/management data (no server transmission)
- Minimizing unnecessary external transmission
- Compliance with Android OS and Google Play security policies
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated due to changes in law, service or permission usage. Material changes will be announced via app updates or this page.
