This Privacy Policy explains how Omni AI Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”)
handles information when you use the mobile application
Business Card Maker (package ID kr.omniai.bizcard).
By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are

2. Summary
- Profile, card designs, received contacts, and most media you add are stored on your device (local SQLite / app storage).
- We do not require an account to use core features.

When you send Feedback & requests, the fields you enter are transmitted to our
server with a product tag (
service=bizcard). - Optional Google Fonts may be downloaded when you choose a font in the editor.
- The App may show Google AdMob ads. AdMob and its partners may collect device and advertising identifiers as described below.
3. Information we process
3.1 Data stored on your device
- Profiles — name, job title, company, phone, email, website, address, social links, avatar/logo references, language preferences.
- Business cards — template layout, text, colors, fonts, images, QR content, and edit history on device.
- Inbox / received contacts — contact details obtained by scanning or importing cards (stored locally).
- App settings — e.g. active profile ID, UI language preference.
This on-device data is not uploaded to Omni AI Studio servers unless you explicitly use a feature that sends data (such as Feedback).
3.2 Feedback & improvement requests
From Settings → Feedback & requests (문의·개선요청), you may submit:

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, improve the App, and keep support records. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data in the message.
3.3 Network features that may load third-party content
- Google Fonts (Fontsource CDN) — when you pick certain fonts in the editor, font files may be downloaded from a CDN (e.g. jsDelivr / Fontsource). The CDN may receive standard technical data such as IP address and request headers.
- Sharing / export — if you share a card image or PDF via the system share sheet, the destination app (email, messengers, etc.) processes that content under its own policy.
4. App permissions
The App requests permissions only when needed for a feature. You can deny or revoke permissions in system settings; some features will then be unavailable.
Camera
Used to scan QR codes on business cards (exchange / scan flow). We do not continuously record video or upload camera frames to Omni AI Studio servers.
Contacts / Address book
Used when you choose to save a contact (your vCard or a received card) into the device address book. We do not sync your full address book to our servers.
Photos / Media library & image picker
Used to pick images (logo, avatar, card images) and to save exported card images to your gallery when you request it. Access is limited to the files you select or the files the App creates for export.
Internet / Network
Used for Feedback submission, optional font downloads, sharing-related system services, and AdMob advertising (ad requests and measurement).
Storage (as required by OS version)
Used to read/write app documents, caches (e.g. downloaded fonts), and exported files according to Android/iOS storage rules.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and related Google advertising services.
- Google and its partners may collect or receive information such as device type, IP address, advertising ID (e.g. Google Advertising ID / IDFA where applicable), app activity related to ads, and approximate location derived from IP, to provide, personalize, and measure ads.
- Ad personalization follows your device and Google account ad settings. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings, and review Google’s options at adssettings.google.com.

Omni AI Studio does not sell your profile or card content to advertisers. Ad SDKs operate under Google’s terms and may process data independently of our local card storage.
6. How we use information
- Provide card creation, editing, QR exchange, export, and contact-save features
- Respond to Feedback & improvement requests
- Operate and measure advertising (AdMob)
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law
- Improve product quality and support
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only:
- With processors that host Feedback API / website infrastructure (omniai.kr)
- With Google (AdMob / advertising & measurement partners)
- With CDNs when fonts are downloaded
- When you share content yourself via the OS share sheet
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety
8. Retention
- On-device data — retained until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App (which typically removes local storage).
- Feedback submissions — retained as needed to handle your request and for reasonable support / audit periods, then deleted or anonymized.
- Ad / analytics data — retained according to Google AdMob and partner policies.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for Feedback API calls and rely on OS sandboxing for local storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please keep your device locked and updated.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information via Feedback, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your choices
- Edit or delete profiles, cards, and inbox items in the App
- Revoke camera, contacts, or photos permissions in system settings
- Limit ad personalization / reset advertising ID
- Uninstall the App to remove local App data (subject to OS behavior)
- Contact us to request deletion of Feedback records where applicable
12. International users
Servers and processors (including Google) may be located outside your country. By using the App you understand that information may be processed in other jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

3. 처리하는 정보
3.1 기기에 저장되는 정보
- 프로필 — 이름, 직함, 회사, 전화, 이메일, 웹사이트, 주소, SNS, 사진/로고 참조, 언어 설정 등
- 명함 — 템플릿 레이아웃, 텍스트, 색상, 글꼴, 이미지, QR 내용, 편집 정보
- 보관함(받은 연락처) — 스캔·가져오기로 저장한 연락처 정보
- 앱 설정 — 활성 프로필 ID, UI 언어 등
위 로컬 데이터는 문의·개선요청처럼 사용자가 명시적으로 전송하는 기능을 쓰지 않는 한 Omni AI Studio 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
3.2 문의·개선요청으로 전송되는 정보
설정 → 문의·개선요청에서 다음 항목을 입력·전송합니다.
전송 항목
- name — 문의 제목
- email — 회신받을 이메일
- message — 문의/개선 요청 내용

bizcard
수집 목적은 문의 회신, 서비스 개선, 고객지원 기록 관리입니다. 메시지에 불필요한 민감정보는 기재하지 말아 주세요.
3.3 네트워크를 통해 제3자 콘텐츠가 로드될 수 있는 경우
- Google Fonts (Fontsource CDN) — 편집기에서 특정 글꼴 선택 시 CDN에서 글꼴 파일을 내려받으며, CDN은 IP·요청 헤더 등 일반적인 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 공유/내보내기 — 시스템 공유 시트로 이미지·PDF를 보내면, 선택한 상대 앱(메일, 메신저 등)의 정책이 적용됩니다.
4. 앱 권한 안내
권한은 해당 기능을 쓸 때 요청합니다. 시스템 설정에서 거부·철회할 수 있으며, 거부 시 일부 기능은 사용할 수 없습니다.
카메라
명함 QR 코드 스캔(교환/스캔)에 사용합니다. 상시 촬영·녹화하거나 카메라 영상을 Omni AI Studio 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다.
연락처(주소록)
사용자가 요청할 때 명함/받은 연락처를 기기 주소록에 저장하는 데 사용합니다. 주소록 전체를 회사 서버와 동기화하지 않습니다.
사진/미디어 · 이미지 선택
로고·프로필 사진 등 이미지 선택과, 사용자가 요청한 명함 이미지 갤러리 저장에 사용합니다. 선택한 파일 또는 앱이 만든 내보내기 파일 범위에서 접근합니다.
인터넷/네트워크
문의·개선요청 전송, 선택적 글꼴 다운로드, 시스템 공유 관련 기능, AdMob 광고 요청·측정에 사용합니다.
저장공간(OS 버전에 따라)
앱 문서·캐시(다운로드한 글꼴 등)·내보내기 파일 읽기/쓰기에 사용합니다.
5. 광고(Google AdMob)
앱에는 Google AdMob 및 관련 Google 광고 서비스를 통해 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
- Google 및 파트너는 광고 제공·맞춤·측정을 위해 기기 정보, IP 주소, 광고 ID(예: Google Advertising ID / IDFA 등), 광고 관련 앱 활동, IP 기반 대략적 위치 등을 수집·수신할 수 있습니다.
- 맞춤 광고는 기기·Google 계정 광고 설정을 따릅니다. 시스템 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·제한할 수 있으며, adssettings.google.com에서 Google 광고 설정을 확인할 수 있습니다.

7. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다음의 경우에만 정보가 공유·처리될 수 있습니다.

- Google(AdMob 및 광고·측정 파트너)
- 글꼴 다운로드 시 CDN
- 사용자가 OS 공유 시트로 직접 공유하는 경우

8. 보관 기간
- 기기 저장 데이터 — 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지(일반적으로 로컬 데이터 삭제)
- 문의·개선요청 — 처리에 필요한 기간 및 합리적인 고객지원·감사 기간 후 삭제 또는 익명화
- 광고/측정 데이터 — Google AdMob 및 파트너 정책에 따름
9. 안전성 확보
문의 API는 HTTPS로 전송하며, 로컬 데이터는 OS 샌드박스에 저장됩니다. 다만 어떤 전송·저장 방식도 완벽한 보안을 보장하지는 않으므로 기기 잠금과 OS 업데이트를 권장합니다.
10. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만(또는 관련 법령상 기준 연령 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 문의로 아동 정보가 접수된 경우 연락해 주시면 삭제하겠습니다.
11. 이용자 권리·선택
- 앱에서 프로필·명함·보관함 항목 수정·삭제
- 시스템 설정에서 카메라·연락처·사진 권한 철회
- 광고 맞춤 제한 / 광고 ID 재설정
- 앱 삭제(OS에 따라 로컬 앱 데이터 삭제)
- 문의 기록 삭제 요청(해당되는 경우 회사 연락)
12. 국외 이전
서버 및 처리자(Google 포함)는 이용자 거주국 외에 위치할 수 있습니다. 앱 이용 시 정보가 다른 국가에서 처리될 수 있음을 이해해 주시기 바랍니다.
13. 방침 변경
본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 상단 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하시면 변경된 방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
